Our standard tip forming equipment can produce 2 or 4 catheters at a time, with special systems capable of producing up to 24 catheters per minute. These tip forming systems are equipped with quick change tooling so multiple size catheters can be run on the same machine. Sizes range from 24 Ga. to 16 Ga. Tube holding fixtures can accommodate standard hubs, winged hubs, hubs with ports, or any other style hub you have.
